The Game of Life Goals Card Game (800)
In The Game of Life Goals Card Game, players cannot control the cards they are dealt, but they do choose what to do with them, which sparks creative conversation during play.
Objective: The goal is to score the most life points by the end of the game.
- Lifestyle Cards: Each player receives a secret Lifestyle card that determines which types of Choice cards (Adventure, House, Family, etc.) are worth the most points to them at the end of the game.
- Choice Cards: Players use these cards to build their "Life Story" in front of them, representing experiences like careers, homes, and family. Some cards have storytelling prompts to encourage interaction.
- Life Goal Cards: A number of these cards equal to the number of players are placed face-up in the center. Players can claim a Life Goal card if they have the required symbols showing on the cards in their life area, earning bonus points. A player can only claim one per turn.
- Turns: On their turn, a player can either play a Choice card from their hand into their life area or draw cards from the Choice deck based on their current "salary" (starting at one card).
- Game End: The game ends when all the face-up Life Goal cards have been claimed or the main Choice card draw pile runs out.
- Winning: Players tally their points based on their secret Lifestyle card, claimed Life Goals, and the value of cards in their Life Story. The player with the highest score wins.
